A young person who has been through the system gives some hard-won advice about how to follow your dreams.
“I’m going to be honest with you it’s really hard. But it’s more of a focus it’s more about yourself. So when you’re focused on what you want and what goals you’re trying to achieve and whatever, when you’re on your journey and you’re doing what you’re doing these people will come along and… as long as you’re going wherever; let them follow you, don’t follow them. Do you get it, because when you come along and someone comes along in your life and you start following them, … it’s like they could be a bad person could be a good person: you don’t know. So you just have to do your own thing. If it’s football you wanna do, stick at the football, don’t let no-one tell you nothing, and just keep going like that”.
